Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury tags, dust bags, and designer labels remain attached and intact.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
